Thank you for your patience while we get the website rebuilt!  Hello and thank you for visiting Better for Your Body!  I have always had a great interest in how the human body works, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. I believe that humans are extraordinary creations of God, and I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful and powerful ways our bodies function. 

I started studying essential oils nine years ago to help my son focus in school, and then seeking ways to use them myself when I began to have negative reactions to some of the prescription medications I was on. I have completed a two-year certificate in herbalism and continue to study natural health and home solutions because I am thrilled with the benefits and results!

It is my wish that you, your family and friends will also benefit from and enjoy these products.  In the formulation and making of high quality products, I use only sustainable, cruelty-free, ethically farmed, well-researched and tested ingredients before selling anything. We are nearly plastic-free!  Currently, only some lids and spray bottles are plastic, and we are always in search of convenient and sustainable packaging options. We are committed to becoming your go-to company for earth-friendly, plant-based skincare and wellness products.
